Flecia Key is the founder of Key Integrity Adjusting, LLC, a Georgia-based public adjusting firm built on one core principle: policyholders deserve fair treatment, clear communication, and full claim settlements — not shortcuts.
With over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, Flecia brings a rare, well-rounded perspective to every claim. Her career began working with insurance companies, where she gained firsthand knowledge of how claims are evaluated, documented, and paid. That inside experience now allows her to strategically advocate for homeowners, landlords, and business owners when losses occur.
Flecia holds a Georgia Public Adjuster License and is also licensed in multiple states. She earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), combining industry expertise with strong financial and operational knowledge — a critical advantage when negotiating complex property damage claims.
She has handled claims involving:
- Wind & hail damage
- Water and plumbing losses
- Mold and microbial growth
- Fire and smoke damage
- Storm-related structural damage
- Additional Living Expenses (ALE) and business interruption
Flecia is known for being detail-oriented, documentation-driven, and persistent. She works closely with contractors, engineers, and restoration professionals to ensure no damage is overlooked and that repairs meet proper building standards. Her clients appreciate her ability to simplify the claims process while firmly protecting their interests.
